Detailed but easy to use website. Fast delivery.The remote I ordered worked very well with minimal fuss when I got it. After 6 months I had a minor issue with the rubber button becoming too soft and easy to deform, and it started slipping out of its groove. I emailed them expecting a new rubber button to be sent to me. But no, they immediately responded and sent me a new remote of a different variety with a solid style button so it can't happen again. Fast delivery again. No charge for the new remote. No hassle at all - literally a single email.So these guys definitely back their product. 5 stars!
