The clinic is clean and has a professional atmosphere. The massage therapists are highly trained and really know what they are doing. They examine you and attempt to get to the root of the problem via various massage techniques. My regular therapist Alec was fabulous but sadly he has moved interstate. I have had Bec who really knows how to find the knots. Recently, I had a consult with Krystal who is extremely knowledgable and I had a fabulous consult with her. I highly recommend this clinic if you’re looking for a serious massage with highly trained and qualified professionals.

There have only been a few times that I have felt compelled to write reviews for businesses however this was a necessary review to make. I am a 66 year old man carryingmore weight than I would like. I had debilitating back pain where I needed assistance to get out of bed. I attended the G. Vitalize clinic on Henley Beach Road hoping but not expecting much relief. I am extremely happy to say that after a thorough 80 initial assessment and targeted massage I was able to get out of bed unassisted after just 1 treatment. Krystal has helped me immensely in the last 6 months. She is kind, caring, professional and has a genuine desire to help people. I feel very comfortable with Krystal. When I first started attending massage with Krystal my second hip replacement was imminent. 6 months later my pain is significantly reduced. Extremely well trained and friendly staff. They offer pregnancy massage, before and after baby, plus baby massage. Also other fitness classes and health coaching. I love the core class and get regular massages to enable me live my life to the fullest.

Definitely recommend. I had my first massage at G Vitalize today and it was amazing. Bec was fantastic. She took the time to listen and worked on the area's that were of concern to me.

After 3 one hour sessions with Alec Ganeo, I’m feeling a million bucks. Stress was having a terrible effect on my glutes, which then set off a series of aches & pains & had me hobbling about at half strength for over 2 weeks. Alec is an excellent remedial masseuse & I can’t recommend him highly enough. I’m now pain free & back to my usual flexible self, rebuilding my bounce & strength. I’m so relieved. Thank you!

G-Vitalize are experts in their field. From the moment you enter the clinic, you feel taken care of as the team take their time to really listen to your needs and make you feel comfortable. Each time I visit, I always leave feeling so much better then when I walked in. I was also privileged enough to have been a model for their new Hot Stone massages.
