The experience is second to none. The dental work was outstanding. The staff actually make you envious of the remarkable workplace culture they have. Everyone is just so happy and bubbly all the time. I really enjoyed it. I would not recommend any other dentistry other then NQ family dental. 10/10

Dr Lombardi and his team are warm and welcoming and will look after all of your dental needs. The service at North Queensland Family Dental sets the benchmark for service in general. You will always be treated personally. The staff greet you by name. I have recently finished a whole year of treatment with Dr Lombardi and I could not have been in better hands. His attention to detail is incredible and I’m so happy with the outcome of my treatment. Dare I say that going to the dentist can be fun! Couldn't recommend this dentist highly enough. It's been a great experience. After having a considerable amount of work done by Dr Collins, I am very happy with the results. The staff are always very friendly, they make you feel very comfortable and cared for. His Dental Assistants were lovely.

I wanted to say thank you again to Miryam for seeing my son today.Miryam has really taken the time to get to know our family and assist my son to manage his nerves. This has allowed him to voluntarily decide to get dental treatment, and tolerate the procedure well. Miriam provides such kind, gentle care and her friendly nature is comforting for my son and lovely to witness as his mum.I also appreciate that Miryam always takes the time to allow my youngest to get used to sitting in the dentist chair.As a family we are very happy with the services provided by North Queensland Family Dental.

Couldn’t recommend North Queensland Family Dental enough! Excellent with kids, my three year old loves going! All of the staff are amazing! It’s not often you find a business where every aspect has been second to none.

Invisalign…. Paid for vivera retainers and never got to wear them as they didn’t actually fit due to a “manufacturing” fault. Never got them replaced, only with cheaper in house versions with one snapping instantly. Go to an orthodontist, denstists are a miserable attempt.

My husband needed an emergency appt and the practice went out of their way to find an appt for him that day, even though they were fully booked. Very professional and outstanding service.

Always friendly. The work these guys do is exceptional. BUPA preferred so the value for money is great.

This has to be the most comfortable I have ever been at a dentist. The staff are awesome and make you feel right at home. Thanks guys, see you soon.
