Yesterday ( Saturday June 10), i rang up for make appointment for wheel alignment on Sunday and the guy there told me that just coming in. But when I bring the car in today and the customer service there said the service is not do today.It was waisting my time and feel very disappointed for how the service of Bob Jane Tmart Liverpool was.

Helped me out in an URGENT situation.I had no choice but to get my car done (last day before rego ran out) as no friend/family in Sydney at that point. and Chemo stopped me from doing it earlier.JAX Liverpool (down the road a bit) didn't even acknowledge me STANDING right in front of them for about ten minutes.I had just finished chemo and was quite weak and wobbly and had no option but to get there myself and they totally ignored me at Jax.Called BOB JANE And they told me to come in and they helped me SO MUCH and was so fast kind and understanding. I literally almost started crying.When I needed their help they did it without question and I have so much respect for this business because of that.So thank you to the people that work there.I will literally be telling everybody about you guys now.

These guys have been there for a long time. They got few experienced guys working there. Service has always been good. Reasonable prices. Found to be better than similar shops in the area. Go early on Saturdays!

Excellent customer service, I booked online the tyres, fitting date and time and wheel alignment, when I arrived they ready to fit my tyres an hour later I was on my way, car feels great and drives even better now. I will be back.

Went in today to get new tyres and update the spare as well for the Toyota Yaris ... so glad we did the tyres definitely needed changing ... Great service from Dominic and his team again ... Been going to Bob Jane T-Marts Liverpool for quite a few years now and can highly recommend them ...
