We were on our way to the Byron Bay Blues Fest and popped in to purchase a camping stool. There was a great selection of stools and chairs at varying prices.The staff were friendly and helpful,. The shop certainly had a great selection of stock for camping, a day at the beach or like us, going to a festival. We spent ages looking around and came out with all sorts to take with us. A great find!

I ordered some work pants on 13/2 and was told they wouldn't take long to arrive. I then revisited the store on 16/2 and was told they hadn't been ordered previously. I made full payment on this visit. After not hearing back I visited the store on 23/2 and was told they would be in the following week. I then rang the store on 1/3 to ask where they were which they were unsure and didn't get a call back that afternoon like they said they would. I got a call on 2/3 to say they were in and the reason for the delay was they had ordered them online and the order hadn't gone through and it wasn't until they called the supplier that they were ordered and arrived over night. An overnight order should not take over three weeks.

Very friendly staff, great service! I bought sleeping mats at Ballina Camping and Disposals, found out one of them was faulty and took it back to see what my options were. Was able to swap it for a different (better!) mat, they allowed me in after hours and altogether awesome service! 10/10 recommend going here!

Horrible customer service. went in today to purchase some boots, when shown the limited supply I told the employee I’d like to try some on and if they weren’t my style I’d simply look online, I was like told by two employees that they had other customers to serve and I was wasting their time. Meanwhile two employees were serving one gentleman and the other employee was free. The store has a great variety of camping gear and I’m very sad to say I won’t be returning just due to how awfully I was treated by staff.

Didn't buy anything today. Waiting on the next paycheque. Real pity to be me because they have a great selection, and I wanted to buy a whole bunch of things, including some insect repellent would have been great
