Faulty Towers of Bedding.Was assured mattress purchased over phone could be delivered locally the following day. No mattress or communication a week later so cancelled order & asked for a refund. A week after requesting refund I received notification that my mattress was ready for delivery? Only two weeks after promised date!No apology at any point, eventually received a cheque in the mail as their system is still not modern enough to process a refund to a card.Would rather sleep on the floor than deal with them again.
