Quantum Drafting Solutions

I have been utilising the professional services of Quantum Drafting Solutions since mid 2022. The Principal Mr. Tony Hall is very dedicated, prompt and exuberates respected knowledge of design, drafting in building renovations and extensions. I will gladly consider him in new projects for innovative concepts optmising for energy efficiency and code complianceI highly recommend Quantum Drafting Solutions.

I am very disappointed. We (my wife and I) engaged Quantum drafting in June/July 2021 to draft plans for a bespoke carport/garage. Tony (the director) made it sound easy and no worries. I made a $1800 down payment. Haven'thad an issue with that. Everyone needs some safety net when it comes to these sort of engagement. From there it went downhill.Long story short 12 Months later we still didn't have a suitable set of drawings and approval.To be clear, we got drawings after several follow-ups but they never were as discussed.Quantum never stuck to timelines and we had to chase them. Also to be clear, if they proposed 2 weeks we did not nail them down and always appreciated that therr can be a delay for any reason.But generally, if we didn't follow up, there was no progress.After 1 year of following up and getting some out of scope drawings we didn't see any other way to terminate the contract. Sad to see almost $2k seeing going down the drain.And what adds even more to it, the guys didn't even have the decency to acknowledge our notification of termination and at least apologise.I can only say, stay away unless you have big enough project that they deem worthy to attend to.And to remove any doubt, this is not just a rant out of the blue, I have evidence in writing to back this up.Lesson learnt... always check Google (or any other suitable) reviews. Quantum didn't have any reviews and we just put it down that they are a small company.
