Australia Post - Gosford Post Shop

I typically visit this post office at least once a week. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Wait times are also short compared to other post offices. Great service!

Maxine on the front counter (no name badge on I had to ask her name) is having a very bad day today 30/04/20 even though she says she isn't. It appears when you get a text message saying you have a parcel Maxine doesn't know where to look or cant help you because you don't have a tracking number. (her exact words) So you have and AUSPOST text message saying Great news your parcel has arrived" but it would appear Maxine doesn't know where to look or more to the point wont extend herself to look or even ask the customer any details............. my parcel was there and it was a box 50cm x 30cm pretty hard to miss Maxine. Turns out Maxine must be having a bad day. I do hope Maxine's training issues get addressed as i am sure i am not the only one who gets texts saying i have a parcel...........Carona Virus aside - customer service begins with a smile and i have not ever been treated so poorly by any of the other staff there like this. The wiser elder gentleman who served me was out of this world kind, friendly, helpful, calm, patient and professional. There are only a few people in this world like him, let alone at AusPost. And to the lady with a men's haircut and colored hair who refused to serve me even though I was right on time for the appointment - you should learn from this coworker to respect people. Thanks again to the gentleman who volunteered to serve me at his counter when the lady was in denial.

Spent $1400 on express parcels and Manager was so rude, to paste tracking paper, he asked me to purchase tape for him. He said I wont waste my tape on your parcels". Sydney ausposts are much better and co-operative. The way he was greeting was looking racist. Deserve zero star"

The BEST Post Office in Australia without doubt....the staff are all son smart & friendly and have a GREAT sense of humour...Going to Gosford PO & seeing the Postmistress Hazel & her lovely Staff is always a treat & the high point in the day! PS & The Posties are lovely too!

The gentleman working on 3rd July was great, born for customer service. Loved his energy, willingness to help and his recommendation. Thank you.
