Pampered Pooches

Debrah and her team of dog groomers do a great job every time. We are very happy to take our Westie there. Very friendly service.

Not too bad but they don't clean the ears which caused a compacted ear infection in my dog, he was eventually put down from it sadley.I used to groom him and always cleaned his ears.If I knew they weren't doing his ears I could have done it myself and he would still be with me.Unfortunately with a new baby and busy life I did not realise this and the infection was too far gone.Besides that they do a decent job.

I dropped 2 of my dogs off to get a cut. When returning to pick them up, 2 dogs were brought out, 1 being mine, 1 being some other dog which wasn’t mine. Once the groomer was brought to this attention, he has told me that my dog had ‘gone home’ a couple of hours ago… He tried calling the other dog owners, which didn’t answer, therefore I had no choice but to go home & wait for their call. Before leaving, the groomer tried to charge me for both dogs, which I then told him I shouldn’t be paying for 2 dogs when I’ve only got the one.. Anyway, I got my dog back eventually after an hour. I still had to pay the full price with no compensation for the mixup. Quite disappointed honestly.

It was nice to see the dogs can Rome around in a small fenced area instead of staying in a cage he and the other dogs he was with seemed nice too. I liked the grooming that my dog received and I am over all satisfied by the result. Thank you.

I have been going to pampered pooches for a long time no problem now Kathy cleaned him up and I went home and noticed his hair was dirty around the rear, still had poo on his tail, I went back again another time and Kathy washed him, same thing I was I was unhappy with her service and attitude as my dog has infections in her skin now.

While this place may work on cats, I think that a cat could find this place a little stressful.  This is a dog’s world, as the name suggests.  Bookings are easy, and Debrah is very responsive.  Easy communication.  My cavoodle always goes in looking like Jon Bon Jovi and comes out looking like George Clooney.

Lovely groomer, all round great experience. My dog had gotten quite knotted since her last groom, as our regular place had closed down and it had been a bit longer between groomings than usual, but I felt absolutely no judgement from the lovely lady at the desk when we arrived. I love that they have a window so you can watch the dogs being groomed, really gives you a sense that everything is open and honest in terms of their treatment of the dogs. My dog is very timid so I always worry a little when leaving her to be groomed but not only did my dog get a great haircut but she came out all snuggled up in the groomer's arms. They clearly take very good care of their furry customers. Highly recommend.

Deborah (Business Owner) looks after and cares for all her clients fur babies like they are her own. All employees are very caring, accomodating and devoted. This business comes highly recommended. Thank you for all your support and A1 service.
