Pillow Talk Tuggerah

The staff are kind and helpful, but they almost sold out of the common stuff, like double bed linen.

I shopped at pillow talk tuggerah today and the staff are all so pleasant and helpful. I had just come from another store in the super centre and the lady in that store was so uninviting and snappy while serving me and when i left i said have a nice day as i say to everyone ( it doesnt hurt ) and she grunted which bought my happy mood down until i walked into pillow talk.Congratulations to your team at tuggerah especially the young lady Brooke who served me

This is such a beautiful store with excellent products and reasonable prices. But at Tuggerah, there is insufficent lighting and the store appears dingy. Additional lights need to be added. It detracts from the whole store.

Disgraceful treatment, or should I say lack of! Stood at the counter with my purchase for 5 minutes and was ignored by both the elderly worker and the 20 something while both walked back and forward from the counter trying to figure out if something was on permanent or temporary sale.I ended up walking out without buying my items and went to a different should.Will be cutting up my membership to this company who hire people who don't believe in even the most basic human respect net alone customer service.P.s not even a greeting when we entered the store either

Wish I had known they were going to be so pedantic I would never have bought from them. Forcing us to sign in when we weren't even in the store. Wow I guess a virus can jump on us just standing outside now. So very paranoid!! Will never buy from them again.
