I cant miss the opportunity to show my gratitude to the whole team for all the support that I always had.All of you were always very thoughtful with me and my injury. You did much more then I could imagine. And I need to make a special thanks to Jack Zhong!Jack started with me after two professionals and he did a miracle. He taught me how to improve my exercises, he was very attentive to all my needs, he was always very kind and he is an extraordinary professional with lots of knowledge to share.I am very glad he could take care of me and I will recommend he and the clinic for everybody that ask me! I am very happy and very satisfied!I wouldn't be surprised if Jack became a partner at the clinic. He has a lot to offer and will surely make a difference in the lives of many others and to the success to the clinic.Once again THANK YOU VERY MUCH!

Jack helped me rehab my grade2 hamstring tear and is a genuine professional. If you're a physically active person I recommend Jack's expertise as a physiotherapist, to get you back on track.

I've been going to move therapy at rockdale now for 5 months and in that time I've been treated by Salim , Mena and now presently Jack who are all very professional they listen to your concerns to whether they'll be treating you for an injury of for just for regular body maintenance to keep you moving. there are now 3 of family member's attending move on a regular basis. i personally recommend move therapy to you give them a try.

Mena is a great Physio professional with soccer background . He made my recovery very smooth by understanding the issues correctly, and providing correct advice and exercise techniques .He followed up after my sessions as well on my conditions and did that until I was fully recovered .Also i would like to thank and appreciate Tania (Admin in front desk) , she is so kind and professional in handling customers . She always help in getting booking and will get back to us on time if we requested any help or change , not even one time I had to chase her .Good team and thank you .

I made the best decision for myself by going to Move Therapy. It was discouraging to be 19 years old and suffering from back pain.  I am a full-time student and an eyelash technician so my back is stooped down for long periods of time, and it had come to the point where it was causing me so much discomfort.I've been visiting PT Mena at Move Therapy for a year now, he's not only helped me with my back pain, but he's also helped me gain confidence in my appearance by helping me get rid of my slouch when I sit and stand.

Booked an appointment to have my shoulder treated and from the minute I walked in I was made very welcome by the friendliest receptionist, Tania.Mena has been treating my shoulder for the last few weeks and I'm slowly on the mend, my shoulder is slowly starting to feel somewhat normal. He has given me exercises and stretches to strengthen my shoulder and it's definitely working! Very knowledgeable, he is! I have visited other physio's in the past and have never come across a physio who is so thorough with their explanations of the injury. More than happy to say that the treatment is heading in the right direction :)Cannot recommend Move Therapy enough! Their customer service & professionalism is above & beyond!

Mena was friendly and professional. He helped me understand the cause of my problem. Treatment was relaxed and fun with simple targeted stretches and exercises which fit perfectly into my daily routine.

Saw Mena for a knee injury. Very supportive and motivated therapist. High level of familiarity with post injury treatment and promptly tailored a care plan to suit my work/personal needs and expectations.

Went to Jack for tennis elbow and knee strain issue which were both resolved within several weeks of physio consultations with the recommended exercises.Happy with results of strengthen elbow and a better knee.
