If you want quality steel doors and windows go elsewhere. Post install service and support is non existent. Product is not suitable to external use and leaks. I’ve had my doors adjusted 15 times by the same team of incompetent staff coming back again and again to try and fix the faulty products installed. Don’t use them and go elsewhere. I wish I had! 70k wasted.

Sorry for fronting up today expecting help replacing our windows at our home on the Mornington Peninsula, your staff looked like a herd of deer in headlights. Make your showroom by appointment if drop ins are not appropriate. And thanks to your staff member for the handball of potentially over $40,000 of business to another window manufacturer, and for shafting a registered builder. It's bad business to assume people have a (low) budget, which is how the guy we dealt with made us feel, and in turn he assumed by default there would be no relationship to build with your company in the future. If you agree to be a showroom for Breezway, keep your display up to date and don't treat walk in customers like mosquitos. And my advice is to shake off the dead weight upstairs, been there and done that.
