High End Car Wash (Best Car Wash, Car Detailing in Laverton Australia)

The best car wash I have ever seen. They charge quite low in comparison of other car washes and will give you the best service. The guy name Garry so in customer attending and car cleaning. If you want cost effective, proper and in minimum time car cleaning this is the place for you. Thanks

For a 9 min wash, it took 45 mins.I guess we didn’t take into account the wait. Didn’t get a free coffee either.The actual wash was alright. Missed quite a few spots. Not overly thorough.I guess though, not too pricey for a hand wash.I think I’ll stick to the one I usually go to next time.

DONT COME HERE, took almost 2 hours and the car is still dirty and they damaged my paint saying its not good paint.. its been ceramic coated by a professional. Ive since fixed the the stain on the paint, no bad paint just inexperienced staff!

I spent 125 AUD to wash the car, but they didn’t even clean the spider webs on the windshield wipers, and there were many stains on the car body. The Indian boss’s service attitude is really bad, he only wants to collect money instead of doing his job seriously，I have to clean by myself and he just stands there chats with his friend

Came early in the morning 8 am to avoid long cue on a Saturday. I was greeted by a man who was more interested in selling me steam cleaning of the carpets for 120 dollars than proper preparation of a car wash. He asked me to park the car in a bay. When I told him I didn't need steam cleaning, he asked me to go inside to pay for the car wash. The lady inside took my payment and asked me to return within a hour. I returned an hour later (having left a young baby at home), to find that they haven't even started cleaning my car as they did not have my key". They did not even try to clean the inside of the car since the car was left unlocked.I provided a feedback to management that they should have asked for my phone number and called me. He simply said "our system doesn't allow for phone number".I'm not impressed with a business that ignore customers feedback. IT and computer systems can always be changed and adapted to business's needs and requirements. I have a business too and take customers feedbacks very seriously.Staff should also be trained to always ask for the car key and explain the car wash procedures to customers properly. This should take priority over upselling of additional services/products.My husband and I used to come to this particular car wash every few months until it changed management. We are very disappointed with new management. We don't intend to come back until their management improves.Just picked up the car and it was not cleaned properly. Hard chocolate stains (we have young children) still visible on Central console and drivers sitting area is still very dirty. Had to complain before the car was cleaned properly."

Amazing, just Amazing, I had been slack cleaning my car, these boys mad it looks better that the day it was delivered brand new! Worth the money spent thank you!

Very happy with how my car was cleaned today! I requested no chemicals to be used due to sensitivities and they were very understanding and still extremely thorough!

Poor quality for $73. Won’t be going back. Roof is barely washed. The didn’t vacuum the boot at all, and the rear seats and foot wells are still full of dirt.

They are not wrong this is the BEST CAR WASH. I have been too before. The time spent and attentionTo detail by staff is unbelievable, you would honestly think that you are paying hundreds of dollars when you see the finished product but your not.
