I recently used Steve and his partner as our removalists and I have to say, if you're using a removalist without a 10-ton truck, you're shortchanging yourself! Steve has the biggest removal truck I've seen, and they can fit it into the tightest of driveways - bless their driving skill!Steve and his partner were punctual, polite, friendly, humorous and efficient. They moved our entire house in less than 4 hours, and the best part is, they don't charge depot fees! They took great care to protect all our furniture and were apologetic when they got sand into our house, due to no fault of theirs. We don't have a proper walkway due to the house being newly built, and they had to move furniture on sand, but they did it without complaint.Overall, we had a stress-free move, and Steve and his partner certainly took the extra load and stress off us. They are professional, efficient, and friendly, and they truly care about their customers. We even received a funny reminder the day before our move that made us laugh during a highly stressed period, which just goes to show how personable and thoughtful Steve is. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a removalist. Thank you, Steve, for making our move so easy!
