My mower decided to die so I took it in fearing the worst. I got a call to say it was all fixed and ready to pick up. I was already trying to figure out what brand would be best to buy next but they resurrected mine and I'm absolutely rapt.

2018So when you see, what looks to be the manager and manageress, look you in the eye while standing less than 2 meters from both individuals with no one else in the store, then they continue a conversation between themselves, one could only assume business must be awesome.2023Follow up -I have used PK for a number of small purchases to maintain a ride on and push mower. I have found the service has maintained a friendly standard. They offer a service of collecting you equipment to return to their shop and work on , which I find to be outstanding.

I brought in a broken and cheaply made weed trimmer my mum got from Bunnings which broke in my care, unfortunately wasn't able to fix due to the parts being difficult to find. I asked the staff for recommendations on a decent weed trimmer and they were super helpful as I literally know nothing on lawn products and just so down to earth and kind! I got a bargain for what I brought today vs had I gone back to bunnings and chosen one of the many! They have the equipment already assembled for you, put fuel in and test run the products to make sure they're running fine and I love that any repairs in the future I have a trusty place to take my items to! Thank you to Daniel and the ladies at the front counter for your help! I'm really stoked after finding this gem and will definitely rave to all my family and friends to drop by here!
