Travelled there for a specific shoe which l rang first to make sure they had the size. Get their they can't locate the shoe waited over 30 mins..but the staff actually tried extremely hard to locate the shoes..we ended up leaving with a great pr of shoes

It never ceases to amaze me how rude the stuff in Rebel are. The only reason I ever go in there anymore is because Rebel practically have a monopoly in sportswear since they took over Amart.

Waited about 30 minutes and not approached by one staff member and only served because I had to yell out to a staff member. Staff seemed disinterested and completely not proactive. Only went to this store because they had the size shoe I needed - TTP much better and immediate service.

A regular costumer at this store, usually in person as parking is always easy for this store.My experience is that the staff are always helpful, knowledgable (or able to link you with the appropriate staff member to assist) you well.Gratitude to the young guy in shoes (apologies we didnt get your name!) who was very knowledgeable about the footwear, including specifications, designs, and comfort; including the differences in the types of Jordan'sIn particular, gratitude and a massive shoutout to Newton staff member Imogen who went beyond to support my Husband and I today with both our purchase and assistance with retrieving old receipts.Many thanks Team Newton!

I've been shopping at this store on and off for a number of years now.I have always been happy with the range of products and customer service that I've received here. Even today, with the store being rather busy when I walked in, the staff member (Adam I believe) took the time to talk me through a range of different shoe options and the benefits of different brands.Ultimately helping me to pick the best shoe for my requirements and checking and confirming that the shoes I picked actually had a discount.This level of customer service is why for all my sports/fitness needs I will keep coming back to Rebel @ Newton.

A big Rebel store here in the suburb of Newton. Easy to access and plenty of dedicated parking. The shop is nice and plenty of friendly and helpful staff. Near to other shops like target, coles, fresh markets and a few decent coffee shops.
