It's hard to find an agent who has integrity, is honest at all times and is great at building authentic relationships, but Richard embodies all of this.He supported me in many ways which made what could have been an anxiety provoking experience much easier. I can't speak highly enough about Dan and his team, I first met Dan about 3 years ago when I was loooking to sell, but had to buy a new property first. Dan checked in with me every few months but was never pushy. It finally came time to sell and Dan and his team were so helpful and efficient. Dan took care of everything and recommeded some great companies to help get the house ready for sale. He sold it in the second week of open homes and had about 13 offers all up. They were seamless to deal with and I can't thank them enough.
