My husband has been a customer for 15 years. Good old honest advice from people that know what they are talking about. Can't see why you'd go to a wharehouse when you can benefit from thier expertise. I had a mower tune-up and recently bought a 4 stroke trimmer so only one fuel that I change out regularly.

I had previously bought another mower from another dealership and the ride on they sold me was not big enough or robust enough to do the job. Bought a zero turn Big dog Alpha MP 48 recommended by Silvey's and could't be happier. A very tough and powerful mower which does the job faster and doesn't throw or break belts like my old one used to. So impressed with the helpful service and genuine interest that I also bought a commercial Honda self propelled mower. One of the best small plant repair shops in the Lake Macquarie area! Highly knowledgeable and staff are friendly and professional. The only downside is they are so popular the wait can be a little long sometimes.

Pretty upset with the service overall. Was told an estimate of 6-8 weeks. Took 5 months to complete our repair on our lawn mower. We run a business and needed it. No communication either. Had to call multiple times to check up on it to be told 1/2 more weeks then it was another 2 months. Very upset. No discount offered or extra service for the wait. They also put the blades on so tight that my husband couldn't get them off to sharpen them. Don't care how popular you are good customer service is always important.
