I was appalled by the service yesterday. They used dirty equipment, made my finger bleed - started ripping off skin and my nails are extremely sore. Adding to that, they did not understand what I had asked for. Instead of long and square nails I got short and round and to be completely honest they made the acrylic fat and I look like I have dog claws now.

I wish I could choose a star lower than a 1. The whole experience wasn't great but then the real clincher was when I was charged $50 for a shellac manicure. I have never paid over $35. I was told I was charged for removing the existing shellac I had - on two nails! Don't know where they get the idea they can charge way above market rate.. since they didn't do a great job.

Zero Stars. Really poor service. Went for shellac paint on finger nails prior to weekend away. Day 3, paint on 3 of the nails came right off. Went into store on returning from trip away and was told I would have to pay to fix them, by very rude, unhelpful staff.This is the third time this has happened to me here, must be using really poor quality shellac, or poor application. I normally get at least 2 if not 3 weeks out of them when I go elsewhere. I won't be returning.

Really bad service. They dont dedicate time to the customers at all. They look stressed and unfocused while doing your nails. We felt rushed. I paid $60 for manicure and pedicure and next day the Nail polish was already coming off. No attention to detail. It wasn't a pleasant experience and definetly won't go back.

Quoted me $60 on the phone for shellac mani pedi, which got me in the chair. They did the job then charged me $100. Wouldn't budge when I said I was quoted a different price. If it wasn't for the daylight robbery prices and lying about the cost, I would have given them four stars as they didn't do a bad job. The reviews about the terrible customer service are legit.

Took 2 hours and left my hands a mess. They put moisturizer on to cover the crusty stuff they left all over my hands. I'm going to have to go somewhere else to get this mess fixed up and the excess nail polish all over the sides of my nails removed.

The staff were very rude, and argueing with me when being over charged for colour!!Dont go get your nails done here!! They over charge you and change the prices on you whenever they feel like it and never do what you ask for right!!Had a few friends who have spent the money and received bad nails and they never last longer than a week!!Never going there again!! Such back cuatomer service!!

Had a nail fill and polish done. Within 2 days, polish pealed off and the the quality of the acrylic fill under the peaked polish was awful. Really badly done for an overpriced Salon. Staff rushed too much because busy. Now have to pay to have redone as away on holidays!!! Not happy!!!!

Did not coloured my nails properly, I still can see my actual nail colour through the nail polish and also the side of the nail is not even coloured at all. Charged my $45 for gel which looks like I did my own nails instead.

Really bad experience. The stuffs were just not friendly and they told me I only need to wait 15 minutes at first but I kept waiting for more than half an hour. I showed them a photo of the nail design and asked it they could do it. They said yes. Ridiculously, the one who did my nail kept asking me what color do I want? I told her, same as the picture! She used a very different color of the nail polish from the color I showed them and I realized that they just didn't have the color on the picture! But why did they tell me they can do it? The stuff also had very strong accent, I couldn't really understand her and she just became impatient...
