Chemist Warehouse Eastlands Shopping Centre

i went there 3 times for sign my documents all the time pharmacist staff told me wait 20-25minutes. after 20 minutes still have to wait more. it is just 1 minute work. and if we ask them they reply in rude way.

The pharmacist I spoke to was very friendly and helpful, and went out of her way to show me where something was and offer advice on which product to purchase. Really appreciated it.

Was waiting at the in dispensary counter for 10 minutes to be served. The staff were talking between themselves, the shelves are too high to be seen. The floor staff saw me but walked away, ignoring me. Eventually someone came to serve me but didn't know what to suggest, had to go and ask someone else to help. Please pick up your game..

The Chinese ladies working in the Eastlands store on 26th March 2022 2:10pm should not be working there. The counter lady, isn't too bad (just lacking customer service skills) but the other lady (slimmer just to distinguish which is which)was RUDE and CONDESCENDING and talks to people as if they were stupid. First time I hated this store for years!!!!

APPALLING SERVICE.Entered the store a little after 4pm on Friday 18/3/2021I did 3 laps of the store looking for what I wanted. The 3 staff on the floor stocking shelves and changing ticket’s completely ignored me.I finally approached the counter with the 3 items I could find. There were 3 staff members behind the counter, one in a white jacket.. pharmacist maybe?? 3 people in line waiting to be served one person eventually got served, I approached the counter where the “pharmacist” was standing she looked at me and pulled a “let us serve you at another register sign” In Front of me and ignored me.I placed my 3 items on the counter and walked out.I will never darken the door of this establishment again in the hopes of being served.I will state that I work in an “actual” pharmacy and if we treated our customers this way we would be fired.
