They lost my blood test and hung up on my GP when called them to investigate the situation. I had to do another blood test as it would've been easier than waiting for answers.They also need to update their website about urine tests not being conducted on certain days & times. A tiny note behind the counter helps nobody other than the staff because you just take a number and sit down until it's your turn.

I sometimes get a little queasy with blood draws, but Kim did an excellent job (x3). Barely felt a thing!No waiting, friendly service.

Would give a 0 if I could, drove 35 minutes to get there before work, tried to call over 10 times over 3 days. Asked the lady if they answer the phones, she stated “only when it’s not busy”. The lady proceeded to tell me that she can not help me with informing me of other companies that can provide the same service, she is a phlebotomist…. You would think there would be better service by now, the company should at least invest in administration

Went in on a weekday afternoon and was done in under 10 minutes. Had a very friendly and compassionate person take my blood. I am quite nervy with needles, but this was all around a very easy experience.

I come more often than most (for the last 2 years almost weekly) and they are always understaffed. Patients are always left waiting for a minimum of 30+ minutes. They can be with someone for 20 minutes. Which doesn't make sense seeing as when I've gone to other smaller 1 person locations people are in and out within 5 minutes. I get my results on the same day due to what's going on and they have even missed out on tests meaning I have to get another blood test.

If you come on a Saturday, be prepared for at least an hour wait for a bloodtest.

The two full time phlebotomists, Jenny and Sophie, are excellent. So friendly and supportive and caring and they always manage to get blood, even from my difficult veins. The casuals and agency nurses are hit and miss but they always are..
