A dear friend referred me to Tracy at The Insight Agency as my hubby and I were going through a tough time. Tracy’s professionalism, knowledge and experience coupled with her warmth and ability to allow each of us to feel heard was amazing. I feel as women we are more able to communicate our inner feelings than men and I was really impressed with how relaxed my hubby was and able to open up and share his feelings. All credit to Tracy! Tracy is a highly insightful, compassionate and effective relationship psychologist. I worked along side Tracy 20 years ago and recognised immediately her natural skills and abilities as a therapist. Her training and experiential learning in the intervening years has led her to develop a powerful methodology, that enables her to uncover the root causes of conflict and provide effective solutions in a very short space of time. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

My husband and I went to see Tracy for relationship counselling at a time when after 26 years we were feeling anger, disdain and indifference towards each other. I had honestly been ready to leave. After just the first session with Tracy we were in such a better place in our relationship. Her sessions focused around kindness, respect and learning to value each other again. (This was such a relief to me as I had dreaded going to marriage counselling that involved accusations and blaming). Learning about our Enneagram personalities- our different needs, blind-spots, wounds and behavioural patterns was a complete epiphany for me. It has been truly life changing. So much of my behaviour and my husband’s responses began to make sense. We have continued to work with Tracy and at home, on connecting and breaking the old patterns - which is much easier now that we know the ‘why’ behind our behaviour. As a couple we have greater empathy for and understanding of each other. I see myself, and my husband through new eyes. I am happier, more confident and kinder to myself. This has huge flow-on effect on all my relationships. We have found Tracy’s Enneagram counselling so transformative that we also have had our teenagers’ enneagrams done as well! Having this valuable insight into each other has made our whole family, more connected, empathetic and stronger. I would highly recommend seeing Tracy if you are struggling in your marriage, or in fact you just want better relationships with everyone in your life.

Tracy is a very warm, understanding and accepting person . She is a good listener but also has a great deal of knowledge she shares about human personality and ways of improving connections with others . I cannot praise Tracey highly enough. Within the first few minutes of our session she managed to make us feel so welcomed and cared for. She brought in science but made it understandable for me. It was so well structured and thought out. Learning about our DNA helped me and my parter learn things about eachother that despite being together for 4 years we didn't know. She helped us articulate and explicitly state our needs in the relationship. I felt very understood by her. She was able to make calls and hit the nail on the head about my own personality. Incredible, I would highly recommend this for every couple!!

My partner and I are in our twenties, have been together for coming up to five years and plan on getting married in our future. Like any couple, we are very different as individuals and although there is always love there, we have gone through many life stresses which have put pressure on our relationship as well as dealing with our different communication styles.I would recommend this program to any couple who is wanting to strengthen their relationship and understanding of one another.We wanted to seek out advice before we get married and start a family. Tracy helped us to understand more about ourselves, each other and our couple DNA. Tracy was warm, friendly, passionate about her work, very knowledgeable and even made it a safe space for my partner who had his reservations around “couples counselling”.Learning about our couple DNA through Tracy’s program wasn’t at all about airing out our dirty laundry, but rather about understanding and appreciating one another. Tracy covered the Enneagram and related that to our attachment styles which made the research digestible.The advice we received was invaluable and Tracy has given us the tools to continue learning about ourselves as we grow together.
