shouldn’t even a deserve a 1 star rating. rudest staff and poor customer service. just a bunch of old cranky ladies.

Rude and racist old lady. I have been there three times in past 2-3 months and her attitude is the same. Customer services skills are literally zero. All the unattended deliveries at my place goes to this post office unfortunately.

Small and busy shop but staff are knowledgeable and longer operation hours than most other Australia posts

Worst customer service I ever encountered in life or I should say there is no customer service here.Karen always talk to me like I had done something wrong or whenever I was there to collect my parcel, she insisted it’s me whom gave the name to the seller not exactly the same on my ID, HOW THE SELLER WROTE MY NAME ON THE PARCEL WAS TOTALLY BEYOND MY CONTROL.Could aus post please have my parcel directed to other post office? Queens park east epo is not the closest post office to my house. I am gonna lodge a complaint to AUS POS anyway.I have had enough of the poor service here.

Bad service, staff was impatient and sent me to a wrong location for passport renewal.

Bad costumer service,after I read all the comments and reviews now I realized it was not just me..Everytime I’m going there I felt like I’m giving trouble bec I’masking and correcting them about the wrong pricing of there postage cost..After that they will talking in front of you that u cannot hear.They will smile to each other like in rude way..Sometimes I really don’t want to go there bec they will let you feel that you are not welcome..As for me I know I’m right that’s why I ask them to change it..They over charged my postage cost,and they will said that they didn’t know..I mean your working to that company and you should know..As for me I don’t want to go back there anymore..Or they should changed the staff

Bad service lady who wear glasses and short hair . Not sure what is her name . Very bad attitude and arrogant. She shouldn’t work there.

I’m reading a lot of comments about ‘Karen’ and I know just the one! Took what ID I needed to pick up my own package and ‘Karen’ would not release it! Been going there for years (only because the postie takes my stuff there) and she has always had the worst attitude! Having said that there is another lady who works there who is the complete opposite! I sigh relief when she is in- wish she would take over Karen’s hours too!!! Australia Post should really look into retraining this lady in customer service!

I walked over to this post office since I can’t drive due to medical reasons (was not a short walk either). I walk in behind a lady who’s wearing a mask and the lady behind the counter is literally only staring at me like I’ve committed a crime (never mind the first customer). First thing I say to the lady is can I buy a mask but as I’m talking she’s like “you need a mask”. I say can I buy one and she says they don’t have any and proceeds to maintain the rudest tone I have seen as if I’ve wreaked havoc. And so I basically had to walk back home and take a nap because of the fatigue that hits me after literally any activity. Seems like you need a mask to go buy a mask so you can pick up your package.
