Lady wouldn’t let me adopt kitten on the day cause there wasn’t enough staff to cover her so she told me to come in tomorrow and she will hold it for tomorrow to only find out they let someone else adopt it after I bought everything and filled in forms if I could give 0 stars I would.

staff are rude and ignorant, product purchased was overpriced for the quality of the product. Would never have bought the chicken coup had I known the quality and damage inside the box, could not be bothered to take apart to put it back in the box for return. There was none on display to look at.
