This is my first buy at a car dealership and for first buyers, Sam has really made sure that I felt comfortable about my purchases.However, Honda has promised me it will take 6 months for my HRV e:HEVL to arrive, instead, it took a year. During this process, Sam was patient and explained to me that he didn’t know when the car will arrive and it is up to the manufacturers to get their missing parts. They couldn’t tell me a definite month/date. In the end, I kind of forgotten I have actually brought a car because there was no update from Sam for at least 5 months. Until, last month ago, I took the initiative to ask Sam. He then told me next week I will be able to get my Car. I’m like what? I then rushed to get my insurance and my documents ready, plus organizing my only time slot to get my car. To improve, it would be nice if he could update me a month in advance when my car arrives, or even minor updates, that will be nice.Overall, it was a good experience and I am very happy with Sam that he installed my dash cam and made sure my new car plate is secured :)

I purchased a new Honda HRV from Essendon Honda.Joshua the sales person, was an absolute pleasure to deal with.His knowledge of the car was brilliant, and he wasn't too pushy in trying to clinch the deal. He assisted right through the entire process. If your looking to purchase a new Honda, I would definitely recommend paying Joshua a visit at Essendon Honda.

No good service. I took my car a while back for a Default Airbag inspection as malfunction issues as we saw on the news. They did for free of charge of course yet also I got service done such as an oil check etc. I felt like they didn't do a good job as the lights for the airbag still come on also they didn't even pay for my taxi home as I have been told Honda should be liable for any cost as the problem from the car itself they should be paid for my taxi fare. I cannot wait till they settle the law case against Honda for default Airbags as well as not covering any cost related to an issue with the car airbag.

Essendon Honda sales people were very helpful and prompt in my purchase process. I got all finalized from overseas and the first day I arrived in Melbourne I went to Essendon Honda office and was able to drive away with no issues. Thank you Sam and Robert!
