I bowled into IT Basecamp's offices without an appointment, looking for some urgent help on an issue - they offered to help, no problem, fixed it in under 15 minutes, sent me the amended document I needed, rang to say it was all done, and charged me nothing because it was a quick job for them (would not have been for me !) - can't ask for better than that !
