Great service and very efficient! Got my car tire blowout in the morning on my way to work and didn’t know which garage should I go to as I just moved to the area. Did a Google search and this garage came up with lots of good reviews.I gave them the car at 11am and they got everything done by 2.30pm! Matthew the manager was very nice and helpful. They live up to their good reviews and ratings!

Had my car serviced here over the past few years, overall the staff were lovely.The last time i visited in January 2023 I approached them for an oil top up as I have an engine issue and the oil needs topping up often. (Never been an issue once and staff happily help me out on the spot)Well not this time.Matt the manager was terribly blunt and rudely told me I would need to leave the car with them for at least 4 hours.I explained this is never usually a problem and I was happy to wait in the car with my young children, but we were about to go on a long trip to Anglesea and I wanted to make sure we could arrive safely.I said I was happy to wait, even for half an hour, until someone had a spare second.He was aggressive, yelled over me, didn’t let me speak.I was in tears after 10 minutes of his abuse, I even asked for a tissue, which he just ignored.The staff looked embarrassed.I asked one of the staff if he treats other customers this way (while Matt had walked away) and they embarrassingly agreed.Finally one of the other staff members helped me out with no issues. (Thank you, I’m sorry I forgot your name)I have NEVER had such an awful customer service experience.NEVER have I’ve been spoken to in such a rude way.I won’t be returning.

Quick and professional. My wife had a punctured tyre and came straight here as it was closest. Car was back on the road in about 30 minutes. Staff were friendly and did a great job.

When arriving 8 am for our daughter’s car with a flat battery Matt provided us with a jumpstarter and we brought in her car, was fixed in 30m. Super friendly and wonderful helpful service
