Exceptional customer service! We had a printer cartridge that was difficult to get a hold of on order with another business for three and a half months. We asked Cartridge World, and even though it was an online order that required direct contact to the manufacturer, received the cartridge on the next business day. Fast with no issues and great customer care factor.

Purchased two printers and other consumables there. Yes, I can possibly save a dollar or two from the big guys, but customer service has a value also, and in a small place like Hervey Bay, we need to support those businesses as best we can.

Polite pleasant service but do a comparison on prices BEFORE you buy as the cartridge set for my HP printer cost me $29 more than from the franchise in outer Brisbane. Could have had it posted to me and still been way in front.

Went in today to get a few documents scanned and not only did I receive excellent and friendly service, they did it for me at no charge. I was fully expecting to pay, so this was a pleasant surprise. Great example of a small business going above and beyond. You'd be crazy to go to that big box office store down the road, when you can get such wonderful service here. Thanks so much, you guys are the best!
