I went into Harvey Norman and the service there was absolutely appalling, the salesman were too busy talking about beating people up, they knew I was waiting for service but didn't really care. I went next door to Domayne and as soon as they saw me looking around came over and offered assistance. The service was excellent, they cared, and that means a lot.
