Nice Woolworths Supermarket. Had a lovely young woman serve me in the Deli. Made some good suggestions for my meal purchases. The friendly staff will always get me coming back. Its a feature of a store and something that I am always keen to discover.

Woolworths has always been a great place to shop, but lately the shelves are bare and they barely have any stock of anything. Finding them that I have to go to other supermarkets to get the stuff that I need instead of Woolworths having everything I need. Shop is dirty and some of the staff have poor customer service skills. Definitely need to improve their performance

By far the worst customer experience always comes from the older age workers. Very arrogant and rude. Super uncalled for their unnecessary attitude and comments. Every single time I need assistance, they speak to you so terribly.Younger - middle aged workers always friendly and helpful.The place is somewhat clean, tidy at most. Stock are usually fresh.

my grandson and myself had a great experience at the deli on saturday with a young girl told me her name was sarah who took the time to help us choose items for a platter. very patient and helpful even though it was very busy

Remember to bring your bags. They don’t have any paper bags available due to the floods at the moment so you’ll have to pay .90c per bag to get your groceries home if you don’t.Had to walk out without my groceries because I couldn’t afford to pay the additional .70c a bag. Couldn’t carry them home because it was too much and I don’t drive.Questioned the manager (who wouldn’t come over to me) told him it wasn’t fair to be expected to pay the extra. I’d happily pay .20 wasn’t asking them for free. I spoke louder because he was a distance away, but didn’t swear or use any foul language and was told to leave if I was going to continue being disrespectful. It felt like “this is what it is pay up or get out”Before anyone says to get off Centrelink and get a job. I am employed… times are tough.
