Always the best and friendliest service!

I called up this clinic and spoke to a female receptionist asking whether they have a Gp available to administer TYPHIM Vi SYRINGE 0.025mg/0.5mL. At the start of the call I was greeted by a very unfriendly voice who turned out to be a very unhelpful lady. She thought I was after a covid vaccination and I repeated myself that I wasn't. She asked if I was an existing patient and I said I visited the clinic 10 years ago and she proceeded to check my name on the system. She said oh your name is not on the list, thank you goodbye and hang up on me. She didn't offer me to register again or ask someone who may know the answer to my original question. Very rude and very disrespectful.
