Nails House

Worst experience... I actually feel like crying. Maybe best to book an appointment if your wanting a proper pedicure. My service was rushed, uneven nail length, minimal nail cleaning if any at all... no removal of cuticles and a rushed shellac paint job to finish off.Was not happy at all and it seemed other workers there agreed with me when I went back to point out the poor quality. Save $50 and go somewhere else.

This is by far, the worst nail place ever. I decided to get my nails done the day before christmas, and whilst yes i know that they probably would have had bookings and i had just walked in. I was charged 55$ and this was not worth it. I had to wait around 2 hours just to get service. Very welcoming of new customers but there was not enough staff for all their clients. There was a lot of people waiting on the chairs for their nails to get done and one lady with a child crying had been waiting ages for them to get to her nails. Whilst i was getting my nails done, the staff were speaking another language and the lady who was doing mine was not speaking to anyone but herself in another langauge causing me to think that she was probably speaking behind my back about me. I thought it was very unprofessional and she kept putting her mask off when a client next to me was telling her to keep it on as she didnt feel safe anymore. She was being very rough on my nails and ended up leaving them bleeding in some areas. It was clear she was just doing it for the money and not considering the wellness and wellbeing of the clients. She was rushing it. The end result of my nails had left them bleeding and most of them had air bubbles in them. I asked for a full acrylic set and one plain nude pink colour. This was a simple thing i wanted which turned into a complication. Customer service is terrible. They always take in too many clients when they are clearly very understaffed and should learn to take what they can manage. I went to another salon the other day and was very pleased with the nails, it was a bit of a wait but i did not book it in and others who booked it in were there so i understand that.

I had a pleasant experience and my lady did an exceptional job, the best I have ever had. It did take a while though but was happy because the job was great. Maybe they have read the bad reviews and made adjustments, I don't know, but my service was excellent. I'll definitely go back even though it isn't close to my home.

Absolutely filthy place, ‘Tabatha Takes Over’ needs to shake this place up to its core!The containers which hold the ‘sterilised’ nail clippers etc is so dusty and full of grime. The fans which dry your nails are cracked and caked with dust and goo.I hardly got acknowledged by the manicurist. She spent the whole time talking in her own language to others and going on her phone. The only communication I got from her ‘you pay now’ and a tap on the hand and a point to the fan, for drying.If only these women knew about the etiquette of customer service and hygiene! All I can say is their lack of workmanship must echo their lack of pay. They don’t care, they don’t try and there is no passion.Close ‘em down!

This was a very horrible experience. I got a full set acrylic and shellac. When using the drill they were drilling on my skin quite hard and going very deep. The acrylic was poorly applied as it was very thick. I had to take it off a few days after doing it because it was hurting my nails which has never happened before. The acrylic went right to my skin making it painful. I was having to pick of acrylic when I left because they wouldn’t clean it up. I also ended up having my pinky nails 2 different lengths and they didn’t fix it when I asked but I was honestly so over the experience I wanted to leave. I wouldn’t recommend or go back.

Very bad quality, never coming again, nails broke first day, didn’t even hit it hard and it snapped, they lied to me about getting acrylic over shellac so I can come back and spend more money there every time my nail breaks. Never coming back!!!

Went in for a pedicure, waiting 30 minutes with my feet in the spa and still no one started. Foot spa overflowed and the lady got a bowl to scoop out the excess water and put it into the ladies foot spa next to me although she declined as well as other vacant foot spas which is very unhygienic and unprofessional. I then asked for a towel to dry my feet as I was in a rush and had to leave in order to make my appointment. I was given a towel and continued to dry my feet, as I was done with one foot the lady was told i was leaving so she then snatch the towel out of my hands and used it to wipe down the seat next to me (again, unhygienic). At this point I had to leave as I had somewhere to be, If only they told me there would be such a wait, instead of having me sit doing nothing for 30 minutes.

Ive been going to nails house since I was a young girl back when it was formerly known as American Nails! All the girls are so lovely and do an excellent job even when I give them challenging reference pictures to try replicate! Such good quality and very clean! definitely would recommend!!

Very bad experience. I got the acrylic full set as I wanted my nails to be longer than my original length. But unfortunately the lady who did my nails was in so much hurry that she cut the tips so short that they become similar to my original nails. Rather than understanding the problem and try to sort out the issue, the manager was so rude and not ready to accept the apology .They don’t even have an apology for what they have done. Very rude and bad attitude. Never coming back again (which I know the business doesn’t care)

I pretty rarely give bad reviews but this time it was awful service and I couldn't keep silent.I made SNS since it appeared. Usually it last for 3-5 weeks. This time the lady was in rush because the number of clients was bigger than number of staff. And she applied 5 layers at the same time without drying. I asked to do correctly but she said everything will be alright. Next day I had 3 nails cracked. One day later more nails cracked and to of them fallen off. At the end of the week I must to redo my nails. SNS costs $45 and last just 1 day. Very expensive!I don't recommend it.
