This is a little known beach to touristsit's what I call a working beach for locals of Townsville.You come here to fish , walk dogs and generally kick back and watch the boats travel up and down the channel.Cape Cleveland is the dominating feature on the skyline.It's not a glamorous or stunning beach it sits next to the port and other working endeavours but it's surprisingly clean.If you just need an interlude come here - the wind will always be blowing for you. It's best experienced at low tide.

First time at this beach and loved it! Water was nice and not as crowded as Pallarenda. Would very much hope people could pick after their dogs.
