I have worked with Richard for a number of years now and can thoroughly recommend him.Richard responds quickly and deals with any issue efficiently and I don't recall ever having an issue that he could not resolve.Richard recently logged into my laptop at home and took it from a poorly functioning machine to one that now works like it did when I first bought it.I am a very happy customer as I was about to throw it out and purchase a new one.I will continue to use Richards services and have recommended him to all my friends.

Richard came to pick up my Surface Pro which was flat as…. Unable to locate charger at this time, eventually was able to charge and drop off. Have had Richard out twice now and I highly recommend him. The first time was a networking problem where he had to go digging deep into the registry to solve the problem (a problem that I had spent countless hours over a long period of time on trying to solve), and the second time for a Dell laptop that had the blinking orange power button and wouldn't load at all. Both problems were solved in a very timely manner and for a very reasonable price. So convenient to have him come to your home for no extra cost. He certainly knows his stuff.

Richard arrived as arranged and on time.He was able to understand my requirements and explain to me in terms I understood.What I required was going to take a large amount of time so Richard told me what he wanted me to do - simply watch for a program to complete and how I could contact him remotely to finish the job.This saved time for Richard and money for me for which I was very thankful.Richard speaks in easy to understand terms, didn't make me feel as an elderly user that I was incompetent and his fees are very reasonable.I will certainly be asking Richard next time I need assistance and am quite happy for him to work on my computer remotely.Richard certainly gets my vote of confidence and I would highly recommend him for any tech problems you may be experiencing..
