The customer services was great, Ellie didn't make us feel at all uncomfortable, it was like doing a photoshoot with one of your friends, she was very supportive and sweet and didn't make my husband and I feel at all pressured. The Wild Romantic photography and videography team were so great before, during and after our wedding, and I’m forever thankful to my friend for recommending them. Even though I had a small, last minute wedding, Elle happily took my call, calmed me down, and helped me plan everything. She was super responsive and organised leading up to the day. The team on the day were laid back and lovely, and let us just go with the flow just as we wanted. They also somehow miraculously made us look like movie stars against all odds! I’m especially happy that we ended up going with the video package, because this is definitely something we will treasure forever.
