Team Royal Training
Team Royal Training got me to where I wanted to be physically and mentally. Campbell is personal and even when you're not training with him he will still say hello, have a joke and be himself. I would recommend anyone that wants to achieve there fitness goals to Team Royal or if you want someone to push/pick you up in a tough spot in life.I owe a lot to Campbell and his training/friendship to this day. Still talk weekly and as he says it's just pain

Cam is the whole package when it comes to a PT. From the outset I was given every piece of knowledge and practical guidance I needed to make sure that I was confidently making progress in the gym. I would recommend Team Royal to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey
