From the moment we walked in the Lady at reception was friendly and understanding. Then we went to our centrelink officer Haley. She was amazing she sorted out all our issues with patience and a smile . Thank you so much

Aside from the sometimes long wait times I've found staff to be incredibly helpful and understanding of my specific situation. Staff were friendly and non-judgemental when assisting me and were efficient in sorting my payments and issues. The building is additionally well maintained with clean floors and plenty of seating and space. Although I don't love having to go there, at least I am confident in Centrelink Gympie's ability to provide helpful, friendly and fast customer service.

Telephone does not go through to Gympie office.Get given lots of numbers then when you ring you are unable to speak to anyone and get cut off because automated system does not recognise accents.Centrelink, pick up your game.How do you expect elderly to navigate your system
