Astron Hervey Bay (Pie Face)

The staff was there this morning the 21th November 2021 was rude and unprofessional.I put some fuel in my 10Lt jerry can, i have noticed it was at least 500ml below the 10ltr mark, while on the screen i shows that i put 10.18 ltr of fuel.I asked why it was showing on the screen that i pumped 10.18 ltr into my jerry can while i have at least Half a litre below the 10ltr mark.He went and told me ,look i work here and i know how this works, there is a safety zone in the jerry can that's why you had less fuel in your jerry can ,then i told him it never happened to me, i always get exactly whatever on the screen, he was a bit cranky and he told me it's what it is.,

Car was parked infront of shop a milk crate blew off the roof onto the bonnet of my car leaving two decent dents .Imagine the injury this could have caused had it hit someone in the head reported it to duty manager (sam) his response was dont know how it got up there maybe by some drunk people ! (Still some left on roof so be careful ) He would discuss it with manager and call me back I left my phone number but with no response for days i returned to store and was treated with no respect and he was rude about it all, also not interested one bit in trying resolve this incident .

I went in to buy a drink at night from this servo. I went to the counter to the attendant who was busy talking with his friends on the phone and mentioned he should fill the fridge as I was making my purchase. He didn’t give much response. Wish the customer service was nicer.

I’ve tried to give this place so many chances but I’ve had more bad experiences than good, the cashiers seem like they have no idea what’s going on most times. Clearly there’s a language barrier with some of the cashiers, would be nice to see some more people on to help with that. For example: anything behind the counter that you have to ask for they look at you like they have no idea what you’re saying to them. It looks as if some of them need some more training.

A small gas station with a good service. Often refueling here, many columns, normal price. A wide range of goods in the store. The gas station is always clean, and the team is really nice.

As I drive for a living, I fill up 5 times a week. Each time I go here at night through necessity, I find it a local hang out for young drivers. They loiter around the shop, but haven’t been any trouble yet. What I find extraordinary, is the rudeness of the console operator. He doesn’t greet you, if you’re lucky you’ll get a nod. He finds his 'hidden behind the counter' duties more important than serving people. I waited over a minute once, no one else was in the shop. He walked away as soon as I entered. I cleared my throat to get his attention. When he finally came out, I asked if he’d seen me come in. He said yes ! Such arrogance. Then he didn’t say a word, just pointed to the eftpos for me to pay. Still no words. I asked if I could have a receipt, as one wasn’t offered. He then seemed bothered, and pushed a button to produce a receipt. Again not a word. I walked away shaking my head. I only go here if I finish late at night and the BP on Main Street is closed (9pm). We don’t have an account at Caltex, or I’d go there. How they still call establishments like this ‘service stations’ I don’t know. It’s a far cry from what anyone would call service.

Store was clean and organised. The man on shift today was amazing, was serving quickly and helping us when we were having trouble with the drink machine.

Sevo doesn't fo anything about the hoons sitting in there carpark reving engines until late during the week and after midnight on weekends it private property so there responsible for the noise it creates
