I was able to speak to a locally-based human by telephone, who seemed genuinely interested in helping me. The quotation allowed for more time than was actually needed for the installation, and the invoice reflected the shorter time. An appointment to carry out the installation was made and kept, with texted notification that the technical was on the way.

Nerge and the team were very knowledgeable and professional. The installation was carried out carefully and had minimal impact on the location of the legacy system particularly on the outside wall. I am completely satisfied with the outcome.

I could not recommend Nerge and the Team (Art/Angela) etc at Adelaide Home Control any higher. I have just built a house and BY FAR, these guys were the best to work with. Fair on price but its not all about that. Quality of work was excellent, but more-so, they are just easy to work with, book in, they show up on time, (most trades dont even show up the day they were booked in or reply), even when my builder stuffed things around and they has the endlessly rebook their work around them, they did it with no fuss. They are an ABSOLUTE quality business and you won't regret employing them for your job.
