Favourite place for date night. Been here multiple times and tried two of their menu changes. The food is amazing for sharing and trying different things. The cocktails are awesome, especially the cotton candy one. The view makes the whole vibe. Staff are always friendly.

Us three girls ordered the seafood platter and it was the most beautiful and fresh seafood in a gorgeous spicy sweet sauce. Our server was Tami and if u have the delight of having her you night it headed in the right direction. The mood and lighting her is very romantic, chill and fun :)

Such an amazing place with a great atmosphere. I came with the girls to have a dinner. The staff is really friendly. The food was extremely delicious. The cocktails was awesome.This place deserve a 5 stars. Definitely will come back soon

Came to celebrate a friend's birthday and thought we would try Ocean 12 to smoke cigars and have a few drinks.After a somewhat sticky start, we had the most amazing time. The views are great, the selection of whiskeys are impressive, and they also have a good selection of cigars (in a proper humidor) that is in the price range you would expect.You do have to reserve a table/lounge and pay a very reasonable fee in advance, which we did. This fee is deducted from your bill. This booking fee is to ensure a minimum spend amount. We booked for 4 hours but ended up staying till closing time.I highly recommend having a warm XO with a cigar, if you've not had one before. That alone paired with the views, company and atmosphere is what life is all about.The staff are top class. They are genuinely engaging, friendly, and ensure that you're enjoying yourself. I can't speak highly enough of them. They made our experience that much better.A massive call out to Alex, Wren, Jani and the rest of the crew. Professional to a fault and the definition of 5-star hospitality.5 stars aren't enough for the experience we had at Ocean 12.To coin Arnie - We will be back!PS:FYI: The only con, is that the images of the brown leather lounges on the Crown website aren't entirely accurate for the cigar smoking area. Instead, you get comfy ish rattan chairs with cushions and other outdoor seats. I believe that you can see these in other reviews.

Worst experience. Went for my cousins 40th birthday we booked a Karaoke room. The wait staff were extremely rude and refused to serve drinks as they believed we were intoxicated. Totally not true. We ordered a bottle of vodka which they did not serve and then expected us to pay. If you want to have a great night out avoid this place. Bar and wait staff have no idea about customer service. Big disappointment!!! Definitely would not recommend.

Had a fabulous night with friends @ oceans 12 sensational cocktails delicious whisky and cigars were on offer .. the service from Ren Helene and Alex was exceptional and would highly recommend a night out @ Oceans 12

Had a great night. Amazing staff. Very friendly and professional. Special thank you to the gentleman who served us who went above and beyond to make sure that we can stay longer than the allocated time of our booking. He was from Perth. Definitely will be back for the amazing cocktails and yummy food.

Ocean 12 is a great place out to dine! The ambience captures splendid vistas of its surroundings and is perfectly balanced with the right vibe but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about, and you can tell making the patrons happy is their main priority, especially Tammy who was the star of service, she was exceptionally cordial and considerate. Their food is absolutely amazing scrumptious portions and appetising especially their fresh sea food platter which is a wholesome delight to feast. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place for anyone who wants a memorable dining experience.

Venue is amazing.First greeting is amazing.All the staff are amazing.The view is amazing.The atmosphere is unreal.Can not fault anything hear, as a business owner to come in for one drink, I did not want to leave as this place keeps giving.10/10 cannot fault.
