Thanks to Hayley and Nicky , very helpful with the inspection process . Had a delay due to having to use 2nd hand parts to repair my car and was not fully aware of the rules regarding that . You need the VIN number of the car the parts came from not just a receipt . Anyway got resolved so all good .

They do not know what customer service is. I think they have tried hard to bring their google rating @ 2.3 and that is pretty evident in their dealing.The took 10 days to issue a simple certificate. I went there few times to ask but the lady (with short hairs) was ridiculously rude and unprofessional.Moreover, when I finally went to car to pick it up, the battery was already stolen and replaced with dead battery. It was pathetic experience.

Absolutely appalling service. Can never get an answer from the call centre, they just take a message and promise a return call that never happens.Some of the staff who work the front desk are instantly confrontational over simple issues and despite being involved in putting 5 vehicles through the process, I'm yet to have a positive experience. 3 of the vehicles passed on the first inspection so it's not always case of me not understanding the process.They're also inconsistent with rules, seeming to change depending on who inspects the vehicle.The fact that they have a monopoly on the service is disgraceful and if I could go elsewhere I instantly would.

They might as well let stolen cars and parts go thru as long as the paperwork is dodgy they pass it and sit in the office and do nothing but collect money for jam. Disgusting for a government agency

My experience with the QIS is really positive, I think the front desk lady was really helpful and welcoming.I think what is happening is alot of guys going there and expect magic to happen in a instant. READ the signs and treat others how you want to be treated.

I have read many negative reviews and 1 star ratings here but to be honest, I had a faultless experience here. I spoke with the staff several times on the phone and even one of the inspectors and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I even had a small issue with a document but it got sorted straight away without any cost or inconvenience to me.Very happy to use QIS again should the need arise.

Customer service? They don’t even know what it means. Absolutely terrible. You call them? They have absolutely no idea what it’s happening and they say they will call back but never do. I also do believe they fail cars for absolute stupid reasons to just get the re inspection fees, especially Since the government has changed the repairable write off rules, as I think they are not going to get much business as they used to. they wanna make money somehow, so the easiest way is, fail the cars and get more money from customers by re inspection fees.

Disappointed in how my car was treated and looked after at the holding yard for inspection.Thousands and thousands of damages done to my car and they only offer $600.Don’t let anyone take your car here for an inspection they lift your car up with a forklift to move them even if they are drive-able with fuel and battery!

The person I spoke to on the phone was so incredibly rude and very unhelpful. I was just after some information so I could pick up my car and she clearly was in a terrible mood. I can not believe how rude some people are.
