Australia Post - Domain LPO

Owner was extremely rude and aggressive. He assaulted me and I had to call the police on him. Utterly ridiculous. STAY AWAY! DO NOT COME HERE!

Australia Post’s website says that the cut off time for courier mail for this shop is 5pm, and this shop tells me their cut off time is 4pm. I don’t know whose fault it is, but it’s just ridiculous that it remains unresolved and you let your customers run around and waste time

Absolutely disgusting customer service from the owner Ken. Doesn't follow protocol and refuses to collect parcels from legitimate business customers. Simply read the reviews and you will see this is not an isolated case. Australia Post senior management needs to take some serious action.

Worst Australia Post I have seen in Melbourne, 40 years of using Australia Post and I have never been treated as poorly as I have been here. First time ever to have been told not to come back or post parcels here. Looking at the other feedback this store should be audited from head office for customer service.

Not sure why there's so many bad reviews. This is the best place to do your passport pictures. The dude was efficient and fast. I had a chat with him and he invested 300€ for a European software to adjust photos perfectly! No other post office have it.

This is the worst post office in Victoria. The customer service is terrible to put it nicely, if the staff greet you politely it is on the off chance they are in a good mood. The men that work there are quite intimidating, rude and at times aggressive in their tone and manner. They are never helpful and everything is an effort and inconvenience for them. If I did not have to use this post office (close to work) I would never go there again, I literally dread going there because of the way the staff treat customers. One time the lady abused an elderly woman in front of me for standing to close. It was cringe city. Honestly, how hard is it to be friendly and polite to your customers? I have previously had excellent experiences with all Australia Post stores and delivery men/women but this store should be shut down as it nearly always a negative experience with poor service and poor form. Not even one star.

The shop is itself is a mess!However I could look past that if I obtained some service.The staff are rude and unprofessional. Probably explains why they are not busy.
