I can't fault this business. They replaced my cracked screen and put a new battery in. They were polite and very helpful and the job was done in an hour. My phone looks like new and is working perfectly. Thank you guys.

brought a brand new phone so i wanted to quickly buy a case for it, little did i know i would be paying $70 for a piece of clear plastic when i could of ordered it from ebay for less the $10. highly unsatisfied.

They could not complete a job on a iPhone X screen protector, 4 different ones were tried and all bubbled or lifted before I even left the store, was told to accept it to which I said don’t worry about it just take the cover off and issue refund as they could not do the job, was told no refunds at all to which she put on a cheap protector worth less than I originally paid and not what I had asked for, service was disgusting, staff member rushed the job not taking time to do it correctly and told me to leave the store after I mentioned Australian consumer law , have filed with QCAT a complaint , have since learned the amounts of complaints of this store is massive including false representation of products and their total refund refusals

Got my phone fixed yesterday (screen). Spent almost $400 just for it to have a green line on it over night. Not happy at all.

The service at this establishment is disgraceful, if i could give a negative star I would. Not returning calls, after losing my phone. Being rude and disrespectful. Worst customer service you can imagine. Please do yourself a favor and stay away.

Absolutely horrible staff, I was trying to sell a smart watch with a friend and the lady who served me seemed nice until she got onto her phone and started talking another language. My friend personally speaks the same language and later told me what they were saying, the person on the phone was asking about my skin colour and my overall appearance. Once the worker said I was white and looked poor the person on the phone said screw him offer $50. She than told me that she could do 50 I declined and left. Never going here and I hope they both get fired

DO NOT GO HERE I GOT MY BRAND NEW PHONE DONE HERE N ITS BROKE NOW ADD THEY LEFT DUST UNDER THE CAMERA I TRIED TO GET IT FIXED THEY TOLD ME I WOULD HAVE TO PAY MORE AFTER TELLING ME 270 TO GET IT DONE THEN CHARGED ME 320 NOW I HAVE NO SERVICE ON MY PHONE I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND THEY REFUSED i have since gone back she still refused to fix what she has broken she yelled at us saying we had dropped it or something there is not a scratch on it and she wanted more money tfix what she broke immediately going back to fair trade now im about to go to the news im a single mother I have a disabled son who has fits n I can't call anyone for help they put his life at risk every I dont have my ph to call an ambulance for help
