Great for the oldies.

Quiet and friendly place some people don't mix and aren't so friendly but most are really good.Units are fairly priced although some residents tell me they are very cold in winter and very hot in summer. Rent works out to 115 a week after rent assistance at the moment pet friendly and no rates or water to be paid. Like most things some will love living there and some won't. Owners have lived all there life in Bendigo with businesses and are well known and respected.I live next door so get to see a lot of the residents.Don't know how to reply lolMove to where Barry said I have to get permission from you first Or you saying get away from the area lol
