Have used B.O.S.S. for two properties (selling) and they have been great. First time no issue, pretty smooth sailing and Sally or her team would call to provide updates/status. Second round wasn’t as good am afraid. I was clear of a contract of sale by 5pm on Friday and had called at 9am that day to confirm that they had all the information they needed to which they advised they did and all good for the 5pm deadline. Unfortunately, they realised they needed 2 more docs after lunch, and it would been good if they had called my mobile to advise of the delay and situation for me to expedite the 2 remaining docs. Relying totally on emails and no phone call especially for time sensitive & urgent matters was a bit disappointing. I had promised the agent and buyer of the contract at 5pm, which I then had to further postpone. A phone call at noon for me to follow up on the missing docs would have avoided the delay and loss of a prospective buyer.
