Lost Watering Hole Lancefield Brewery
Went to the Lost Watering Hole last night for dinner. It was amazing. Anyone going near Lancefield has to go. It has craft beers and you can see all the kegs through big glass windows. We had a sneak peak of the new brown ale - and it was amazing. The food was incredible - I had barramundi tacos, others had steak, smoked salmon pizza, calamari and german sausage. Amazing. I never gush about a place but seriously, one of the best experiences ever.

Lost Watering Hole Lancefield Brewery
Kept saying we must visit" and this morning we did. We were greeted with happy smiles and genuine appreciation for us being there. The menu for Brunch is smallish and very delicious and now that we know we shall visit for lunch also where their menu is very extensive and seems tempting. Cakes look fresh and inviting too. Did not try the beers (too early :0) but coffee and teas were served hot and warming. Thank you to the friendly staff and good service. We also noticed that tables were almost fully booked for luncheon so best call and make an early booking so as not to miss out. Very clean and personal amenities were also. Great visit

Lovely place for a day out. Staff are friendly. We had drinks and chips and it was tasty. They also have local gin and wines. There is outdoor space and indoor seating. Highly recommended.

Lovely venue. Friendly bar staff. Had the Burger which was very tasty. Only disappointment were the shoestring fries which were lukewarm on delivery to the 4 of us at the table. Tried the beer paddle. Draught and Pale Ale by far the tastiest. The dark ale was a pale brown and was ok. Mid strength was tasteless and the IPA too bitter. Good selection of local wines but only limited range of wine by the glass. Of those tasted, the Big River Shiraz and Passing Clouds Riesling were the stand-out. Cakes looked good. Shared a decent slice of sticky date cake. Outstanding!

We had dinner here last night and we were super impressed! Lovely space and atmosphere. Super friendly staff and great choice of food. I ordered the pork belly salad, which was yummy, but not very filling for $27 and became a bit too sweet, so it needed some steamed rice or more veggies to bulk it up and break up the sweetness in my opinion. We will definitely come back again though. We just wish we had a brewery /restaurant like this in Kilmore.

Chef can cook. I asked for blue, I got blue. Unheard of in restaurants nowadays. Beer is good, I recommend the swamp rat.Nice to see a new business get it right from the start.

Lost Watering Hole Lancefield Brewery
We came up to Lancefield for a night away struggling to find a place to eat, the only pub in the area was closed for dinner at 8pm.Upon leaving about to go home we stumbled across the Lost watering hole, wow what a cosy atmosphere inside!We were greeted by friendly staff as we walked in, the menu has a decent selection of drinks and food. We ordered the fried cauliflower entree and the beef burger, both incredibly tasty.If ever in the area again will definitely be my go to place!
