I can’t thank Tracy and Lisa enough for their advice, service and choice of products. In a time that has been very challenging for our family, they were so helpful and accommodating. They made the process of finding a great wig in a timely manner possible. Their communication was always prompt and even though we had to reschedule a number of times because of hospital stays, they were always flexible. Lisa put us at ease when she came to the house for the appointment, making trying on the wigs and head covers as fun as possible.Thank you so much for what you do Wigs on wheels!

Where do I start , so sad to think a person going through cancer can be ripped off, yes it happened to me, Tracy came to my sons home the day after I had my first Chemo so I still had a full head of hair, the wig she tired on fitted at the time and I did not notice the fault in it, the net showing on the front and the elastic in the back very loose, at the time I said to Tracy I will get it the following Week as I didn’t have enough money which was 680 dlrs, plus products worth 40 dlrs , of course her sales tactic was it’s the last one and I don’t know when we will get more in, so out of the goodness of his heart my son purchased it for me, as I was was hospitalised a few times and very sick with chemo and not going anywhere for months I did not notice the faults till then, when I wore it it was digging into my scalp and so loose it was easily able to fall off , when I reached out to her with photos the reply was get a pair of scissors and trim it, all she offered was the value of 40$ for the products, the box it came in was old and torn even the plastic bag it came in was torn , I am so so sorry that I even came in contact with this supposed caring people as her boss who owns wigs in wheels was also so very rude and did not offer any solutions and hung up on my son please be careful when buying from wigs on wheels I wish I could put up photos of the wig and the packaging it came in , so much for empathy from these people

Tracey Gill was accomodating, coming past our home after work prepared with a range of wigs to run through. Tracey had a good a good eye for what styles and colours were suitable, and was also sensitive to my mum's condition, working with her ability on the night. I was visited by Lisa to show me the vast array of wigs available in my style and colouring- fantastic service and a lovely empathetic lady. I was so delighted with the service and choices without even having to leave the comfort of my own home. The wigs were fitted and discussed in depth and my choice made with a minimum of fuss and I am happily wearing it with confidence. My ongoing chemotherapy is now much easier to deal with feeling a lot more that I look like my old self (only better) . Thank you to Lisa and the great service.
