On a recent Coach tour through Longreach one of our companions needed to purchase a new case. She was given excellent service from Leanne and was very happy with the price. Unfortunately she had an issue with the case from the first night but as we were touring she could not do anything about it until she returned home to WA. Upon contacting Leanne the warranty claim was sorted out immediately without any fuss for which she is very grateful. Thank you from both of us for your excellent customer service.
