I tried many different nails salons but this salon is very Cheap quality never be back again , my nails shape look terrible for refill shellac , and pedicure shellac is worse and worse , not professional always talking with their workmates, feel really disappointed . Also I’m Vietnamese but this is really worse salon

My Gf went down a few hours and she said “Messy work with the pedicure and uneven shape for my nails. Never going back again. If I could give a zero I would. Do not recommend at all ! I could have done a better job myself ! Felt rushed and uncomfortable! “

No attention to detail. I showed a reference picture but I could see mid way that it wasn’t what I asked and changed to a simple sns colour. I had natural long nails specifically asked for square shaped got something else spent 60 dollars but took it off the next day. 100 percent would not recommend

I went to get my nails done and pedicure. The lady rushed and finished in less than 10 min without any massage and any design we show its extra and asked $90 just for the acrylic nails. They are only interested in taking extra customers and rush with the services. Very disappointed.

I went there today with my mom.we both did pedicure and we didn’t want any colour.1st of all the lady did it so quick. She hurt me and it was red bloody. I told her it hurts and she replied it’s just like a pinch of a needle for a baby.it’s nothing,don’t worry about it. Her behaviour was rude and I really didn’t have a quality service. The other lady also hurt my mom.When I went to pay she said it’s $70 but she charged $71.12. I asked why $71.12?? She was like it’s a surcharge. She didn’t tell me earlier. Overall really very bad experience and I am never gonna go back.

I went there a few days ago and now have an infected toe. I’ll be requesting a refund and I won’t be returning! Seems I’m not the only one with a bad experience. Clearly using the same tools on different people!Update: I went in store today to have a discussion and to possibly obtain a refund only to be told that they didn’t care and that I’m lying and cut my own toe and gave myself the inspection! I’ve reported them to the health department and I encourage others to do the same! Shocking!!

They did a horrible job painting my toe nails, I could’ve done a better job myself. My nails on the other hand, are now bulky and uneven. I could tell the lady doing my nails was trying to rush me. I didn’t feel comfortable whatsoever.

If I could give this zero stars I would. Worst pedicure I have ever had. As a result of this pedicure, I suffered an ingrown toenail. Not only that, I was cut on my toe by the technician of which she just said sorry but would not offer a discount. This was bleedinga lot and seeped under the nail, stopped by what I can assume was some sort of glue. This subsequently became infected and I had to go on a course of antibiotics to clear. Would NEVER go back and will actively not recommend this place to others. Awful.

3 things1: the lady didn’t even ask for a shape and gave me a very ugly shape.2: I told her the length and she just kept filling and cutting them down shorter.3: in less than a week they all feel off.DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE

I will never return here and urge others not to either. I am still in pain 9hours after having my nails done. I was cut on at least 4 occasions with the drill and bled on all 4 occassions...now I am still red and sore.They then said they could do the black French tip but it took two technicians to try and drill the black dots off and as you can see by the photos they are still covered in dots. I was also late to work because they had to re do them, in an attempt to fix the black dots...which as you can see where not fixed adequately and I still had to pay.Never again.
