My bike has just received another great service from Jay at Taylor Cycles. This was not the first time I have left the shop with it running better than new. Not only was he willing to attend to it the same day I called (within a couple of hours) but while there, he wouldn't take it off the stand until it was running exactly the way it should. Jay's desire to do the job right and his attention to detail is the reason I keep returning to Taylor Cycles.

Jay runs a great LBS (Local Bike Store) with a no nonsense and responsive service. The guy really knows his stuff and I have been very happy with the work he has done on my BMC.It's great being able to deal with the owner of the business and I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone to go and have a chat with Jay if they wanted to service their bike or to buy a new one.I have tried a number of mechanics over the years and I am glad that I found a great one. I just wish I found him earlier.

I bought my Rocky Mountain Vertex from Jay at Taylor Cycles - a great experience. To this day the team at Taylor Cycles continue to offer great service for my Rocky and road bike. Jay offers great customer service and years of know-how. A top range of quality accessories too. Last time I had my bike serviced, Jay stayed back on a Friday night (when the beers were calling) just to get the job done! Thanks Jay!

Had a great experience with Jay and the crew. He gives great advice and is straight-talking which is especially valuable with all the COVID disruption around. And my needs weren't straightforward either....a custom frame and a custom build that would combine components I already had and ones Jay needed to source for me. All the way through to collecting the bike, doing the bike fit and sharing a ceremonial beer as I wheeled it out of the shop, the experience was a really good one. I'd recommend Taylor Cycles without reservation.

This place home to the best bike mechanic going around - Jay Taylor. His many years of skill and experience makes him an unmatched mechanic in Brisbane. He is highly skilful, knowledgeable and generous. I have my bike serviced by Jay regularly and I can always 'trust the equipment' on race day.
